Retningslinjer for refusjon

Vi har 14 dagers returrett, noe som betyr at du har 14 dager etter at du har mottatt varen til å be om retur.

For at du skal kunne returnere varen, må den være i samme stand som da du mottok den, ubrukt, med merkelapper og i originalemballasjen. Du trenger også kvittering eller kjøpsbevis.

For å starte en retur kan du kontakte oss på info@diloza.com. Varer som sendes tilbake til oss uten at du først har bedt om retur, vil ikke bli akseptert.

Skader og problemer
Kontroller bestillingen din når du mottar den, og kontakt oss umiddelbart hvis varen er defekt, skadet eller hvis du mottar feil vare, slik at vi kan vurdere problemet og rette det opp.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Cancellation and exchange


1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, you may cancel or change your order by sending us an email within 15 minutes.

1.2 Once an order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled or changed and must instead be returned to us. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.


1.3 Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we regret that we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so refunds before receipt of goods are only possible up to 24 hours after the order is placed.

2. Returns and refunds.


2.1 Our returns policy is part of these Terms and Conditions under which you can access and use our website.

2.2 If you are not satisfied with your order, you may notify us by email of the product(s) you wish to return and return the product(s) to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, received the last product.

2.3 Return shipping and costs are at the customer's expense and risk. (Adjusted fee included - customs fee)

2.4 The Product must have been received by us to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned Product upon arrival.

2.5 You must ensure that the Product is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it and that it is properly packaged. The Product must be unused, product labels must not have been tampered with and the Product must be in its original packaging. If a Product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return of the Product.

2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order.

2.7 When we are satisfied with the condition of the returned Product, we will send you an email confirming your return. Once we have sent you confirmation that your return has been approved, the amount will soon be refunded to the account used for the order.

2.8 The cancellation is complete when we have received the physical goods.

3. Steps for cancellation

Please only use a return method with a tracking number so that we can assign your return. This way, you will inform us about the return in advance and the goods received can be clearly assigned to the correct order. This is the only way to guarantee a prompt refund. Upon receipt of the return, we will be notified of the receipt and the refund can be issued. Please use only a shipping method with tracking number for the return so we can assign your return.

2. Send us a photo of the packing slip.

3. We will refund the purchase price to you.

Order not picked up.

If an order is not picked up in time and gets reshipped to us, the order may be cancelled. However, the customer is responsible for ALL of the additional costs such as: Reshipping costs and packaging costs and will be a total of ca. 240 NOK. The price of these additional fees will be deducted from the money that the customer has paid. The overall balance will then be paid back within 5 to 10 business days.
